Position Title: Payroll Co-ordinator
Department: Human Resources
Location: Any DR&P Location (North of England)
Contract: Full-time & Fixed Term Contract for 18 months
Direct Reporting: Group Head of HR / Finance Director

Following a sustained period of growth, where DR&P Group has acquired multiple insurance business and is continuing to grow both organically and through acquisition, the group is now embarking upon the next chapter following our acquisition by BMS Group.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing a comprehensive and professional payroll service for all employees of DR&P across all legal entities within the Group
- Process and manage the end-to-end payroll process in compliance with UK and International regulations
- Manage relationship with outsourced payroll providers, providing timely processing of accurate payroll information
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation and assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits related to payroll
- Action all UK and International post payroll activities, including issuing P45’s, administration of pension schedules and reconciliation
- Partner with the Finance team and be a reliable point of contact for all enquiries, activities and responsibilities relating to payroll matters
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and proactively; builds effective relationships with the business
- Prior experience working with different payroll systems
- Desirable experience working in a commercial environment, ideally with a business that has multiple acquisitions
- Strong practical application of Microsoft office suite (especially Excel)
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy, highly analytical and numerate
