Position Title: Insurer Markets Coordinator
Department: Group Markets Function
Location: All DR&P Offices considered
Contract: Full-time
Direct Reporting: Group Markets Director

Position Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our newly formed Insurer Markets function and contribute to the strategic and tactical development of insights into our Broker/Insurer relationships.
As the Insurer Markets Coordinator, you will work closely with the Group Markets Director to align and execute DR&P Group’s market strategies, ensuring effective coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for supporting the Group Markets Director in delivering insurer and internal requirements. This includes organising stakeholder meetings, maintaining activity trackers, managing documentation, analysing internal MI, creating strategic positioning documents, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Insurer Markets function.
1- Stakeholder Meetings:
- Organise and coordinate required insurer and internal stakeholder meetings.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between various stakeholders.
2- Activity Tracking:
- Develop and Maintain an activity tracker to ensure the timely delivery and documentation of required Markets function activities.
- Diary management and proactive chasing of outstanding actions.
3- Meeting Documentation:
- Produce, collate, and action minutes from insurer and internal meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the follow-up of outstanding actions.
4- Management Information (MI):
- Collate, analyse, and present internal MI required for insurer management processes.
- Assist in data interpretation and “sense checking” of insurer and internal data.
5- Strategic Positioning:
- Create packs required for insurer management and strategic positioning documents.
- Support in the strategic development of the Insurer Markets function.
6- Contract and Agreement Management:
- Maintain and update the insurer agreement status and income tracker on a monthly basis.
- Ensure all insurer contracts are reviewed, updated, and in place.
Qualifications/Key Skills Required:
- Strong organisational and communicational skills.
- Proficient in interpreting and “sense checking” insurer and internal data.
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Broker Insights, and Power BI.
- Inquisitive nature, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.

The position requires a proactive and organised individual with strong analytical and communicational skills.
Salary: Based on experience
Hours: Full-time
Holidays: 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (increases to 28 after 5 years’ service and 30 after 10 years’ service) pro-rata
Income Protection: 75% of annual salary (paid after 6 months) for up to 5 years
