lead the implementation of the Group ERM Framework into the David Roberts & Partners Group Limited (DR&P), a member of the BMS group. This is a critical transitional role to ensure the consistent application of group-wide risk standards, tools, and governance within the newly integrated business.

Responsible for providing a comprehensive and professional payroll service for all employees of DR&P across all legal entities within the Group.
