We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Claims Handler to join our dynamic Horsforth team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing complex claims, ensuring our clients receive efficient and effective claims handling services.

Level 3 Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship, supported by our training partners SkillsEdge and the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). The successful candidate will be supported to complete professional qualifications within an 18-month apprenticeship, with at least 20% of their working time dedicated to training, studying and learning.

You will be responsible for managing insurance claims on behalf of our clients, ensuring efficient and effective resolution while providing exceptional customer service.
